Terms of Service

We provide mobile automotive services at your home, office, or another location of your choice in Lincoln, Waverly, Hickman, Roca, Seward, and nearby Lancaster County communities. Omaha service is available — the travel fee is quoted when you call to confirm. All bookings are requests — we confirm every appointment by phone before it's final.

Prices shown on this site are starting estimates for standard vehicles. The following may add to your final price:

• • Oil capacities above 5 quarts
• • Specialty or performance filters
• • European vehicle applications
• • Diesel vehicles
• • Replacement batteries (the $49 battery service covers testing & installation — the battery itself is priced separately)
• • Parts, applicable sales tax, and travel charges

We always confirm the final price with you before any work begins. Applicable sales tax is added at the time of service.

Free cancellation or rescheduling up to 24 hours before your appointment by phone. For severe weather or unsafe service locations, we reschedule at no charge.

To cancel or reschedule, call (402) 413-9978. Appointments that are no-shows may be subject to a return-trip fee if scheduled again.

Nebraska weather doesn't always cooperate. For severe weather (storms, extreme cold, ice) that makes mobile service unsafe or impractical, we will reschedule your appointment at no charge.

Our technician may reschedule a visit if the service location is unsafe or inaccessible — for example, unsafe traffic conditions, aggressive animals, or a vehicle that can't be safely reached. No charge applies when we reschedule for these reasons.

If a service we performed isn't right, contact us and we'll return to make it right. Parts we supply are covered by their manufacturer's warranty. This warranty covers our workmanship; it does not cover pre-existing conditions, normal wear, or damage from causes outside the service performed.
